Most important, managing the escrow process to closing.

With sellers, it is the ability to understand the market, to know when to recommend pushing the price ceiling and when to back off. The resources to insure that the home is marketed to insure the seller receives the top price possible in the shortest amount of time. Most important, the knowledge to insure a smooth transaction and to keep the client away from potential legal problems
