"Staging," or preparing a home so that it shows well, is a mandatory step in the home selling process, but one that is often overlooked by many real estate agents, or at best, is an afterthought. I believe strongly in the effect that proper staging can have on how a home shows, the price it commands, and the time it stays on the market.
Staging a home in a way that allows buyers to imagine themselves living there can make all the difference in the world when selling a home. I am committed to making sure that it's a positive difference. While some homeowners may spend thousands on professional stagers to help sell their home, I can offer professional staging services free of charge when you sell with me.
